On November 9, 2016, Galena Biopharma, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our” and the “company”) issued a press release announcing our financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2016 and providing an update on recent business developments. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The slides from the presentation will be referenced below are incorporated by reference.
