Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 9, 2016, AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2016 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
