On November 8, 2016, the board of trustees of United Development Funding IV authorized a cash distribution of $0.08 per share payable on November 28, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 18, 2016. A copy of the press release announcing these distributions is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
