ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 3, 2016, MasTec, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), announced its financial results for the quarter and nine month period ended September 30, 2016. In addition, the Company issued guidance for the quarter ending December 31, 2016 and year ending December 31, 2016, in each case as set forth in the earnings press release. A copy of the Company’s earnings press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
