On November 3, 2016, TICC Capital Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. The text of the press release is included as an exhibit to this Form 8-K. Additionally, on November 3, 2016, the Company made available on its website, www.ticc.com, supplemental investor information with respect to the earnings release.
