Re: Lattice Semiconductor Becoming a Private Company

Dear Customer,

On November 3, 2016, Lattice Semiconductor Corporation announced that we have signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by affiliates of Canyon Bridge Capital Partners, a private US investment fund whose principals have global, broad market industry experience. This transaction is expected to close in early 2017.

We are very excited about this transaction. Becoming a private company and partnering with Canyon Bridge (www.canyonbridge.com) will enhance our long-term focus. Further, it provides us with the investment and flexibility needed to better deliver the roadmap of innovative programmable logic, video connectivity, and mmWave wireless solutions that Lattice is known for.

In connection with the transaction, Lattice will become a standalone subsidiary of Canyon Bridge and will continue to be headquartered in Portland, OR USA. We do not plan any change to day-to-day operations. You will maintain your existing Sales, Customer Service, Quality, and Supply team relationships with Lattice. We are fully committed to ensuring that this transaction is seamless from your point of view, with no interruptions in service or support. We will continue to operate as an independent public company until the transaction closes.

We appreciate your continued commitment to Lattice. If you have questions or concerns please contact either your local sales team or corporate.

Sincerely,

Darin Billerbeck

President and CEO
