Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 2, 2016, Hardinge Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s third quarter 2016 financial results. Copies of the press release and the supplemental slides posted to the Company’s website are respectively included as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. On October 28, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable December 9, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2016.
