Amendment to 2015 Equity Incentive Plan
Effective October 31, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company adopted Amendment No. 4 to the Company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2015 Plan”) pursuant to which the number of shares of the common stock issuable under the 2015 Plan was increased from 50,000,000 to 75,000,000. A copy of Amendment No. 4 to the 2015 Plan is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
