(b) On October 27, 2016, the Board of Directors of Tyme Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to change the fiscal year of the Company from a year ending on December 31 of each year to a year ending on March 31 of each year. The Company’s report covering the transition period from January 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016 will be filed via transition report on Form 10-QT.
