Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 1, 2016, Ingram Micro Inc. issued a press release announcing that, in connection with its pending acquisition by Tianjin Tianhai Investment Company, Ltd., the parties have received clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to proceed with the transaction.
A copy of the press release relating to the foregoing is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1.
