Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 1, 2016, Four Oaks Fincorp, Inc. (OTCQX: FOFN) (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing the results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2016. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
