On October 31, 2016, the Company announced that it had reached agreement with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regarding a Special Protocol Assessment for the design and analysis of the Company’s Phase 3 randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled withdrawal trial evaluating Firdapse® for the treatment of Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome, which the Company has designated as LMS-003.
