Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 24, 2016, Tribune Media Company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tribune (FN) Cable Ventures, LLC, entered into a multi-year extension of the partnership agreement governing Television Food Network, G.P. A copy of the press release is filed as exhibit 99.1 to this report.
