Other Events.
On October 28, 2016, Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Internal Revenue Service had granted an abatement for $1.2 million in previously accrued penalties related to the Company’s delinquent federal payroll tax obligations. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
