WESTERN REFINING LOGISTICS, LP
ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY CASH DISTRIBUTION

EL PASO, Texas - October 24, 2016 -The Board of Directors of the general partner of Western Refining Logistics, LP (NYSE: WNRL) declared a quarterly cash distribution for the third quarter 2016 of $0.4225 per unit, or $1.69 per unit, on an annualized basis. This distribution represents a 2.4 percent increase over the second quarter 2016 and is the 11th consecutive increase in the quarterly distribution for WNRL unitholders. The 2016 third quarter distribution will be paid on November 23, 2016, to all unitholders of record at the close of market on November 7, 2016.
