Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 25, 2016, the Board of Directors of Manning & Napier, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of Class A common stock, payable to holders of record as of January 13, 2017. The dividend will be paid on or about February 1, 2017.
