Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 26, 2016, the Company announced that it will report earnings results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2016 on November 2, 2016, and will host a related conference call on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 1:00 pm Central Time to discuss its financial results.
The Company also announced that its Board of Directors declared the Company’s 2016 third quarter dividend of $0.75 per share for the Company’s common stock and a 2016 third quarter dividend of $0.4609375 per depositary share for the Company’s 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.
The Company’s press release concerning these matters is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
