Item 2.02Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 25, 2016, NuVasive, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.
During a conference call scheduled to be held at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time on October 25, 2016, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and President and Chief Operating Officer will discuss the Company’s results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 and the Company’s outlook for the year ending December 31, 2016.
