On October 24, 2016, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (the “Company”), the general partner of Mack-Cali Realty, L.P. (the “Operating Partnership”), issued a press release announcing leasing results for the third quarter 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
