On October 20, 2016, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. issued a press release describing selected preliminary unaudited financial results for the fiscal third quarter of 2016. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
