Item 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 17, 2016, ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ServisFirst”), issued a press release announcing its operating results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
