Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On October 10, 2016, Richard H. Anderson, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”), informed the Board of Directors of Delta of his retirement from the Board and the position of Executive Chairman. On October 11, 2016, the Board of Directors elected Francis S. Blake to serve as its non-executive Chairman effective immediately.
A copy of Delta’s press release announcing these changes is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
