(b) Departure of Principal Accounting Officer
Matthew B. Kelpy, the Chief Accounting Officer of GoDaddy, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned on September, 30, 2016, with such resignation to be effective on December 31, 2016. Mr. Kelpy will continue to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer through December 31, 2016.
