ITEM 1.01ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On September 30, 2016, Enova International, Inc. (“Enova”) and certain of its domestic subsidiaries, as guarantors, entered into an amendment to its revolving credit facility (the “Amendment”) with Jefferies Finance LLC, as administrative agent.
The Amendment increased the required Leverage Ratio (as defined in the credit agreement) for the fiscal quarters ended September 30, 2016 and thereafter to 4.25 to 1.00 (from 3.50 to 1.00) and decreased Enova’s unsecured revolving line of credit by $5.0 million from $40.0 million to $35.0 million.
