Item 8.01 Other Events

The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Buscar Stables, has entered “Mr. Ability” into the sixth race at Santa Anita on October 6, 2016. The post time is 3:30 pm PDT. Mr. Ability’s morning line odds were set at 4-1. This is the first race for Mr. Ability since he won his maiden on May 20, 2016. The Company’s owns 55% of Mr. Ability.
