Spokespersons of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) plan to present the information in the presentation slides attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 at the Company’s previously announced webinar on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. EDT.
