Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on May 9, 2016, as part of general wage and salary reductions at CSI Compressco GP Inc., the general partner (“General Partner”) of CSI Compressco LP (the “Partnership), the executive management of the General Partner voluntarily agreed to ten percent (10%) reductions in their base salaries for the period from May 14, 2016 until September 30, 2016 (the “Reductions”). On September 29, 2016 the compensation committee of the board of directors of TETRA Technologies, Inc., which is responsible for compensation decisions that relate to the named executive officers of the General Partner, determined that the Reductions, which cover the named executive officers who were identified in the Partnership’s Annual Report on Form 10-K/A filed with the SEC on March 11, 2016 (other than Elijio V. Serrano whose salary is not paid by the General Partner), should be extended from October 1, 2016 to January 6, 2017, unless further extended by the compensation committee.
