Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 28, 2016, Tribune Media Company announced that it had closed the sale of its Tribune Tower, Los Angeles Times Square (North Block) and Olympic Plant (Los Angeles) properties. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 to this report.
