Effective September 15, 2016 and September 16, 2016, respectively, Mr. Stephen Mills and Dr. Robert Murray-Smith have resigned as members of our board of directors. The resignations of Mr. Mills and Dr. Murray-Smith were not the result of any disagreement with our company regarding our operations, policies, practices or otherwise.

Our company’s board of directors now consists of seven directors, including Messrs. Gary Monaghan, Trent Blind, William Richardson, Larry Faulk, Lorne Roseborough, Paul Bercier, and George Alexis.
