On September 22, 2016, Spartan Motors, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing an award from the United States Postal Service to build fully functional prototypes for the Next Generation Delivery Vehicle program. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
