Item 5.02. Departure of Directors; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On September 21, 2016 MVB Financial Corp. granted options under the MVB Financial Corp. 2013 Stock Incentive Plan to purchase 100,000 shares of common stock to Donald T. Robinson.
The options will be exercisable at the fair market value of the Company’s common stock on the date of the grant ($13.25 per share) and will vest over a five-year period in equal amounts each year, beginning September 21, 2016.
