On September 19, 2016, Tracy D. Jackson, the Vice President and Controller of Tesoro Logistics GP, LLC (“TLGP”), the general partner of Tesoro Logistics LP, announced her intention to leave the company. Effective that date, Steven M. Sterin, TLGP’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as principal accounting officer until Ms. Jackson’s successor is appointed.
