Item 2.01 – Completion of Disposition of Assets
On September 12, 2016, the Company completed the sale of the property located at 1055 SW Martin Downs Blvd., Palm City, FL 34990 to Cloudbreak Properties, LLC, as described in the Form 8-K filed July 15, 2016. The Company received $300,000 as consideration for the sale of this property.
There is no material relationship between the Company and either Cloudbreak Properties, LLC or Luke Walker, its owner.
