Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 14, 2016, City Holding Company (“the Company”) met with and made a presentation to certain institutional investors and analysts in the Washington, D.C. area. Charles R. Hageboeck, President and CEO, and Timothy J. Whittaker, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, made the Company’s presentation.
