On September 12, 2016, Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing results from its Phase 1A study in healthy volunteers evaluating non-covalent BTK inhibitor SNS-062. A copy of the press release issued concerning the foregoing is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
