On September 12, 2016, Rexahn Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the initiation of stage 2 of the Phase Ib/IIa clinical trial with the novel oral anti-cancer agent RX-3117 in relapsed or refractory pancreatic cancer patients.
