ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On September 7, 2016, Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: PPBI), the holding company of Pacific Premier Bank, issued a press release announcing that Steve R. Gardner, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will participate in the Raymond James 2016 U.S. Bank Conference on September 7, 2016 in Chicago. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The Company is filing an investor presentation relating to its second quarter of 2016 (the “Presentation”), which will be used by Mr. Gardner and Ronald J. Nicolas, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, for presentations to investors and others. The Presentation replaces and supersedes investor presentation materials previously furnished as an exhibit to the Company’s Current Reports on Form 8-K.
A copy of the Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. The Presentation is also available on the Company’s web site at www.ppbi.com.
