First Community Corporation (the “Company”) is hereby furnishing a presentation being given by Michael C. Crapps, President and Chief Executive Officer, and David K. Proctor, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, to Raymond James Financial, Inc., on September 7, 2016, at the 2016 U.S. Bank Conference at the JW Marriott Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. A copy of the presentation is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
