On September 7, 2016, Blue Buffalo Pet Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that Kurt Schmidt, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Billy Bishop, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, and Mike Nathenson, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will participate at the Barclays 2016 Global Consumer Staples Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, on Sept. 8, 2016 at approximately 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
