On September 6, 2016, Autoliv, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it signed a non-binding letter of intent with Volvo Cars to form a joint venture to develop autonomous driving software. The foregoing is subject to the execution of a definitive agreement by the parties. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the letter of intent is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
