Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 31, 2016, TCP International Holdings Ltd. issued a press release announcing the retirement of Solomon Yan as President effective August 31, 2016. Mr. Yan will continue to serve as Vice-Chairman of the TCP Board of Directors. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
