Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
Effective on August 24, 2016, the Board of Directors of FSB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) amended the Company bylaws to clarify that the director qualifications in Article II, Section 12 apply to the current directors.
A copy of the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Company is attached as Exhibit 3.2 to this report.
