On August 29, 2016, Richard B. Abshire, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, informed the Board of Directors of the Company of his decision to retire from his position with the Company effective August 31, 2016. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
