On August 24, 2016, the Board of Directors of Sparton Corporation, an Ohio corporation (the “Company”), set November 2, 2016 as the date of the 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The Annual Meeting will take place at 425 North Martingale Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173, at the 425 Executive Conference Center at 10:00 a.m. local time. The Company has fixed the close of business on September 21, 2016 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
Additional information regarding the Annual Meeting will be disclosed by the Company in the proxy statement for the Annual Meeting.
