The Registrant issued a press release on August 26, 2016 announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share payable on September 29, 2016 to shareholders of record as of September 13, 2016. Additionally, the Board of Directors declared a 10 percent stock dividend payable on September 30, 2016 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2015. The full text of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 with this current report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference in response to this item.
