On August 26, 2016, NorthWest Indiana Bancorp (the "Bancorp") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share on the Bancorp's common stock payable on October 4, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 23, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
