On August 23, 2016, LSB Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had launched a consent solicitation to holders of its outstanding $425,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 7.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
