Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 15, 2016, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company determined that Gregory L. Smith, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, will be leaving the Company. The date of his last day of employment with the Company and other terms and conditions of his departure have not yet been determined and will be disclosed, if required, by an amendment to this Form 8-K.
Joseph Zekoski, who was named Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Chief Technical Officer, assumed Mr. Smith’s duties effective August 17, 2016.
