On August 18, 2016, United Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration by its Board of Directors on August 17, 2016 of the Company’s dividend for the third quarter of 2016, which will be payable on September 20, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 9, 2016. The third quarter dividend payment of $0.11 per common share is a 10.0% increase from the previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.10 per common share.
