Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 17, 2016, Green Plains Inc. announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable on September 16, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 26, 2016.
